I am a member and tried to get tickets for Blossoms of Light online. I kept getting a message that I am not a member. As there were only 2 left at 8:00 on January 1st, I purchased the tickets, but I understand I'm supposed to get 2 complimentary tickets.
Can I get my money refunded?
